Battery Park Celebright ® Permanent Lighting

What Is Celebright® Permanent Lighting?

For a waterfront community like Battery Park, where curb appeal and weather both matter, Celebright® Permanent Lighting is a professionally installed LED system that stays on your home year-round and is controlled entirely from your phone. The discreet track follows the architectural lines of the house — rooflines, fascia, soffits — and is nearly invisible from the street in daylight. After dark the same track becomes a programmable canvas with millions of colors, preset holiday scenes, and subtle warm-white accent options for every other night of the year. Because the hardware is commercial-grade and built specifically for permanent outdoor installation, it is engineered to handle coastal sun, humidity, and weather cycles in a way that consumer LED products never could.

How the Celebright® System Works

On a Battery Park home, Celebright is installed as a permanent, layered system. The visible layer is the LED track itself — a narrow channel run along rooflines, soffits, and fascia. The hidden layer is the infrastructure: concealed wiring through soffits and attic space, weatherproof power supplies positioned in sheltered locations, and a commercial-grade controller connected to your home WiFi. When you open the Celebright Cloud app, commands travel over your network to that controller, which then drives every LED in real time. Zones are defined during installation based on the architecture, so the front, the garage, the sides, and the back can each be controlled independently whenever you want.

Everything Included in Your Installation

A Battery Park Celebright installation is a full-service deliverable. The base price bundles the on-site consultation, the custom design, every length of LED track and every connector the project needs, all concealed wiring, the power supplies, the controller, and professional installation labor from an insured crew. It also includes setting up the Celebright Cloud app on your smartphone, pairing the system to your WiFi, pre-loading the standard holiday scenes, and optionally wiring in Amazon Alexa or Google Home if you want voice control. We test the complete system and walk through the finished lighting with you in daylight and after dark. Every project ships with a 10-year manufacturer warranty on hardware and a 3-year installation warranty from Meadow Lawn and Pest.

Smart Control with the Celebright Cloud App

On a Battery Park home, the Celebright Cloud app is the remote for the entire system — free for iOS and Android, and fully functional from anywhere with a connection. You can switch lights on and off, adjust brightness, choose from millions of colors, run a pre-set holiday scene, or save your own look as a favorite. Scheduling is built into the app; each zone of the installation can be run independently; and animation effects like twinkles, fades, and color-cycling patterns are all included. If you have Amazon Alexa or Google Home, voice control integrates cleanly with a few taps. All of your settings, scenes, and schedules are stored in the Celebright cloud, so changing phones or losing WiFi for a few minutes does not erase your work.

10-Year Warranty and Ongoing Support

Battery Park installations come with two warranties working in parallel. The Celebright manufacturer warranty covers LED track, power supplies, and controllers against defects for 10 years. Meadow Lawn and Pest backs its own installation work — mounting, concealed wiring, and system functionality — for 3 years from the date of installation. During those coverage windows, qualifying repairs are handled at no charge for parts and labor. After the 3-year installation warranty, non-warranty service is billed at $105 per hour, and most visits complete in under an hour. Common service items — loose connections, controller resets, app connectivity — are quick fixes; hardware failures are uncommon and fully covered by the 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Will the Track Be Visible During the Day?

Because Battery Park homes tend to have strong waterfront curb appeal, homeowners are understandably protective of their daytime look. Celebright is engineered around that concern: the track is a low-profile channel about one inch tall, available in white, black, bronze, or custom paint finishes to match whatever trim you already have. Professional installation follows the lines of the architecture so the hardware reads as trim rather than lighting, and every cable is routed inside soffits, attics, or along concealed paths so there are no visible wires. Before we call the job done, we walk the exterior with you in daylight so you can verify for yourself how subtle the finished installation actually is.

Year-Round Uses Beyond the Holidays

For Battery Park homeowners, the real value of Celebright shows up after the holidays end. The built-in holiday scenes — Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and more — are just the beginning. Day to day, customers use the system as soft warm-white porch lighting, switch to blues and teals for coastal vibes during summer gatherings, run pastel colors for birthdays, and flip on team colors for game nights. Since monthly electrical usage on a typical install runs only $5–$15 even with nightly operation, there is essentially no reason to save it for one season — and most customers end up using it almost every evening of the year.

Best Time to Schedule Your Installation

For Battery Park homes, installation timing can make the difference between a relaxed project and a rushed one. Spring — March through May — is the prime window, with ideal installation temperatures and plenty of scheduling flexibility, and your system is ready for every event from Memorial Day through New Year’s. Early fall (September and October) is the other high-priority window because finishing by Halloween gives you the full Thanksgiving-to-Christmas season. November and early December installs are possible but constrained by scheduling and 15–25% rush premiums. Winter is weather-dependent. The safest rule: if Christmas is the goal, book by mid-October.

What Is Not Included in This Service

A Battery Park Celebright project is an architectural lighting service, and there are a few categories that fall outside of it. Interior lighting is not included. Landscape lighting at ground level — path lights, spotlights, tree uplighting — is a separate service handled outside this program. We install Celebright hardware only; we do not install third-party brands, off-the-shelf LED strips, or customer-supplied materials. Electrical panel upgrades, new circuits, and outlet installations require a licensed electrician. Tree trimming and vegetation removal are the homeowner’s responsibility. HOA approvals, where needed, are also the homeowner’s responsibility, though we will provide documentation to support your submission.

How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation

For a Battery Park Celebright installation, preparation is mostly about clearance and access. Make sure the crew can safely get to every roofline, soffit, and fascia section where track will be mounted, and flag any structural issues — rotted wood, loose trim, damaged soffits — so they can be repaired before installation day. Confirm there is a working outdoor electrical outlet within reasonable distance of the planned install zone. Clear bicycles, grills, outdoor furniture, and seasonal decorations off walkways and away from the walls. Move vehicles out of driveways and away from garage doors, secure pets in an enclosed area, and have your WiFi network name and password ready so we can pair the controller and configure the app before we leave.
