Carrollton Celebright ® Permanent Lighting
What Is Celebright® Permanent Lighting?
Think of Celebright® Permanent Lighting as a customizable, always-on architectural lighting layer for your Carrollton home. It consists of a slim LED track professionally mounted along the rooflines, soffits, and trim of the house, then left in place year-round so lighting is always a tap away. The track is designed to blend with your home in daylight and to project crisp, full-color light after dark, with access to millions of color options and preset scenes for every major holiday. Because every feature runs through an app on your phone, switching between “warm white Tuesday dinner,” “Hokie maroon for game night,” and “full Christmas display” is literally seconds of work. Celebright’s commercial-grade hardware is what makes the always-installed approach viable — the components are engineered for long-term outdoor service rather than single-season use.
How the Celebright® System Works
Every Celebright system on a Carrollton home is three things working together: the LED track, a concealed power and control layer, and the Celebright Cloud app. The track is the visible piece — a low-profile channel mounted along rooflines, soffits, and architectural trim — and is intentionally kept low-contrast so it blends with the house. Underneath, wiring runs through soffits, attics, and trim cavities, feeding power supplies that are installed in dry, protected spots. A controller pairs with your WiFi network and relays commands from your phone to the LEDs. Because the track is split into independent zones, the front of the home, the garage, the sides, and the back can each display their own color or scene simultaneously.
Everything Included in Your Installation
A Carrollton Celebright project is quoted as a complete, inclusive package. You get the design consultation, the written proposal with linear footage and zone counts, every piece of LED track and connector hardware the layout requires, all concealed wiring, the power supplies, and the smart controller. Professional installation by our insured team is standard, and so is Celebright Cloud app setup on your smartphone with the common holiday scenes pre-loaded. If you want Alexa or Google Home integration, we can configure that during installation as well. Before we sign the job off, we run a complete diagnostic test and walk the display with you both during the day (for fit and finish) and at night (for color and coverage). Coverage includes a 10-year manufacturer warranty on Celebright components and a 3-year Meadow Lawn and Pest installation warranty.
Smart Control with the Celebright Cloud App
Your Carrollton Celebright system is designed to be driven almost entirely from the Celebright Cloud app. Available free for both iOS and Android, the app handles on/off, brightness, color selection from millions of options, preset holiday themes, and one-tap activation of any favorite you have saved. Built-in scheduling lets you automate daily on/off times, including sunset triggers, and each zone of the installation is controlled independently, so different parts of the house can run different looks at the same time. Animations like twinkle, fade, and color cycling are built in, and Alexa and Google Home integration provides voice control if you want it. All of this is stored in the cloud, so your programming survives phone swaps and WiFi outages.

10-Year Warranty and Ongoing Support
The protection on a Carrollton Celebright installation is intentionally layered. Celebright warranties every system component — the LED track, power supplies, and controllers — for 10 years against defects in materials or workmanship. Meadow Lawn and Pest provides a separate 3-year installation warranty on the mounting, concealed wiring, and overall system functionality. While you are under either coverage, qualifying repairs cost you nothing. Once the 3-year installation warranty lapses, service visits are billed at $105 per hour, and most repairs are completed in an hour or less. Almost every service call we see is a minor issue — a loose connection, a controller reset, an app re-pair — and actual component failures are rare but still covered under the 10-year hardware warranty.

Will the Track Be Visible During the Day?
In Carrollton, many first-time customers ask how the system looks in the middle of the afternoon. The answer: unobtrusive enough that most people never notice. The Celebright channel is low profile (about one inch) and ships in white, black, bronze, and custom paint options so we can match it to whatever trim your home already has. Our installers align it carefully along the roofline and fascia for a clean, intentional look, and every cable run is routed through soffits, attics, or trim — no exposed wires visible from the ground. Once installation is complete, we intentionally walk the exterior with you during the day so you can see exactly how it reads from the street.

Year-Round Uses Beyond the Holidays
Carrollton homeowners usually buy Celebright for Christmas and end up using it almost nightly. The built-in scenes cover Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and several other occasions, but the real surprise is how useful it becomes day to day. Soft warm white becomes the everyday porch light. Birthdays get pastel colors chosen by the kids. Home games get team colors. Dinner parties get amber or candle-tone accent lighting. Because a typical system draws only about $5–$15 per month in electricity even when used every night, there is essentially no per-use cost — so most customers simply leave it on for nearly every evening of the year.
Best Time to Schedule Your Installation
Carrollton installations can happen year-round, but some windows produce better results than others. Spring — March through May — is the most highly recommended window: installation-friendly temperatures, open scheduling, and a finished system in time for Memorial Day, July 4th, and everything else that comes. Early fall — September and October — is our other top-priority window because it places your finished system before the Thanksgiving-through-Christmas season. Late fall (November to early December) is possible but subject to rush pricing (15–25%) and limited availability. Winter installs are weather-dependent. If Christmas is the driving reason for the project, contact us by mid-October at the latest.
What Is Not Included in This Service
Our Carrollton Celebright installation is tightly scoped. It is a roofline-and-trim lighting service, so it does not include interior lighting or ground-level landscape lighting (path lights, spotlights, tree uplighting — those are a separate service). We install only Celebright systems; we do not install other brands, off-brand LED strips, or customer-supplied materials. We do not perform electrical work such as panel upgrades, new circuits, or outlet installation — that work must be completed by a licensed electrician before we start. Tree trimming and vegetation removal are the customer’s responsibility, and HOA approvals, where they apply, are the homeowner’s responsibility as well, though we can provide supporting documentation for any HOA submission.
How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation
Getting a Carrollton home prepped for a Celebright installation takes only a few steps. Start by confirming we have safe, clear access to every roofline, soffit, and fascia area where the LED track will be installed — those surfaces should be structurally sound, with no rotted wood or loose trim. Make sure there is a functional outdoor outlet within reasonable distance of the planned install zone. Clear bikes, grills, outdoor furniture, and any existing holiday decorations away from the walls and walkways. Keep driveways and garage doors clear of vehicles, secure pets indoors or in an enclosed area, and have your WiFi network name and password ready so we can connect the system and configure the Celebright Cloud app before we leave.
