Grafton Celebright ® Permanent Lighting

What Is Celebright® Permanent Lighting?

Celebright® Permanent Lighting is the simplest way for a Grafton homeowner to have truly year-round lighting: one installation, one app, and a lifetime of versatility. The LED track mounts once along your rooflines, soffits, and architectural features and then stays there — essentially invisible in daylight, and fully customizable after dark. From your phone you can choose any color, activate a holiday preset, schedule lights to follow the sunset, or save your favorite looks for one-tap access. Because Celebright is a commercial-grade platform rather than a consumer plug-and-play strip, every piece of the system — track, drivers, controllers — is engineered for extended outdoor service and backed by serious warranty coverage.

How the Celebright® System Works

In a Grafton installation, Celebright works as a coordinated stack of hardware and software. The LED track — low-profile, color-matched to your trim — is permanently mounted along the rooflines and trim that define the front and sides of your house. Every wire run is concealed through soffits, attic space, or trim cavities so the exterior reads as finished rather than “rigged with lights.” Power supplies live in dry, protected spots, and a smart controller connected to your home WiFi handles communication with the Celebright Cloud app. Because the system is broken into independently addressable zones, one tap on your phone can change the front, the garage, or any other zone without affecting the rest of the house.

Everything Included in Your Installation

Every Grafton Celebright project is priced as a complete, bundled service. You get the on-site consultation and custom design, every Celebright LED component required for the layout, all concealed wiring runs, the power supplies, and the smart controller as part of the base quote. Installation is performed by insured technicians; Celebright Cloud app setup, WiFi pairing, and pre-loaded holiday scenes are handled before we leave. Alexa and Google Home integration is optional and can be configured at no hardware markup. Once we are finished, we run the full system through its paces and walk the display with you in daylight and at night. Coverage includes both the 10-year manufacturer warranty on Celebright hardware and our 3-year installation warranty.

Smart Control with the Celebright Cloud App

In Grafton, the Celebright Cloud app is how you interact with your lights every day. It runs on iOS and Android and mirrors every system feature — on/off, brightness, full-spectrum color selection, pre-loaded holiday scenes, saved favorites, sunset-based scheduling, and zone-independent control. Animation effects such as twinkle, fade, and color-cycling are part of the default app experience. Voice control via Amazon Alexa or Google Home is available for hands-free use. And because your settings live in the Celebright cloud, changing phones or riding out a short WiFi outage never means starting over.

10-Year Warranty and Ongoing Support

A Grafton Celebright installation is protected by two layered warranties. Celebright backs its hardware — LED track, power supplies, and controllers — for 10 years against material and workmanship defects. Meadow Lawn and Pest adds a 3-year installation warranty covering mounting, concealed wiring, and system function. Qualifying repairs inside those windows are completed without charging you for parts or labor. Once the 3-year installation warranty has expired, non-warranty service is offered at $105 per hour, with most visits wrapped up in an hour or less. Routine service items — loose connections, controller resets, app issues — are quick fixes; actual hardware failures are rare and still covered by the 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Will the Track Be Visible During the Day?

Grafton customers often start the conversation asking how noticeable the track is during the day. The short answer is: far less than most people expect. The Celebright channel is a low-profile aluminum extrusion about an inch tall, and it ships in white, black, bronze, and custom paint options so we can match it to your existing trim color. Wiring is routed entirely through soffits, attics, and trim paths so the exterior reads as clean and finished. Our installers position the channel for maximum visual blending during the day and proper light output at night, and every project ends with a daylight walkthrough where you get to see the finished look for yourself.

Year-Round Uses Beyond the Holidays

Grafton customers often approach Celebright as “year-round Christmas lights,” then realize it is much more than that. The built-in scenes handle Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and other holidays, but the everyday uses are where the system really shines. Warm-white becomes the everyday porch light. Birthdays get pastel or custom colors. Game nights run team colors. Backyard dinners get amber or candlelight tones. And because a typical system only costs $5 to $15 a month in electricity even at nightly use, there is effectively no reason to keep it turned off — which is why most owners end up using it almost every evening of the year.

Best Time to Schedule Your Installation

For Grafton, installation timing falls into a clear pattern. Spring — March through May — is our top-priority window, with ideal installation conditions, open scheduling, and the system finished well before Memorial Day and the holiday rush. Early fall — September and October — is the other priority window because finishing by Halloween covers you for the full Thanksgiving-and-Christmas run. November and early December slide into rush season with limited availability and 15–25% premiums. Winter installs are weather-dependent and generally not the right choice for Christmas-focused customers. Safest rule: if Christmas is the target, book by mid-October at the latest.

What Is Not Included in This Service

A Grafton Celebright installation is intentionally limited to roofline, soffit, fascia, and trim lighting. It does not include interior lighting or ground-level landscape lighting — path lights, spotlights, and tree uplighting are separate services. We install Celebright hardware only; we do not work with competing brands, generic LED strips, or customer-supplied materials. We also do not provide electrical panel upgrades, new circuits, or outlet installations — if those are required, a licensed electrician will need to complete that work before we begin. Tree trimming or vegetation removal is the customer’s responsibility. Any HOA approvals required for the installation are also the homeowner’s responsibility; we will provide supporting documentation.

How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation

Preparing a Grafton home for a Celebright installation is a short list of practical items. Confirm safe and clear access to every roofline, soffit, and fascia section where the LED track will be installed — if any of those surfaces need trim or soffit repairs, schedule those before installation day. Make sure there is a functional outdoor outlet within reasonable distance of the install zone. Clear bikes, grills, outdoor furniture, and any seasonal decor away from walls and walkways, and keep driveways and garage doors free of parked vehicles. Secure all pets indoors while the crew is working, and have your WiFi network name and password ready so we can pair the controller and get the app configured.
