How the Celebright® System Works
On a Hampton home, Celebright works by layering three systems: a mounted LED track, a concealed power and control layer, and a cloud-connected app. The track is run along rooflines, soffits, and trim with manufacturer-approved clips and fasteners, and all wiring is kept hidden so the exterior stays clean. Protected power supplies and a smart controller sit inside the house (or in a weatherproof exterior enclosure), and the controller pairs with your WiFi so it can accept commands from the Celebright Cloud app on your phone. Optional smart-home integration (Alexa, Google Home) can be handled during installation at no extra hardware cost. After a full system test and a daylight-plus-nighttime walkthrough, the project is covered by a 10-year Celebright manufacturer warranty and a 3-year Meadow Lawn and Pest installation warranty.

What Is Not Included in This Service
A Hampton Celebright installation is intentionally scoped to architectural roofline and trim lighting. It does not include interior lighting, and it does not cover ground-level landscape lighting — path lights, spotlights, and tree uplighting are handled through a separate service. We only install Celebright components; we do not work with other brands, generic LED strips, or customer-supplied materials. We also do not perform electrical panel upgrades, add circuits, or install new outlets — if any of that is needed, a licensed electrician must complete that work. Tree trimming and vegetation removal are the customer’s responsibility, as are any HOA approvals (we will provide specifications and documentation on request).
How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation
Preparing a Hampton home for Celebright installation comes down to clearance, access, and a little planning. Make sure the crew can safely reach every roofline, soffit, and fascia section where the track is planned. Inspect those surfaces in advance — any rotted wood, loose trim, or damaged soffits should be repaired before installation day. Verify that there is a working outdoor outlet within reasonable distance of the planned install zone.
