Hampton Celebright ® Permanent Lighting

What Is Celebright® Permanent Lighting?

For Hampton homeowners, Celebright® Permanent Lighting turns a one-time installation into year-round lighting versatility. The slim LED track is installed along your home’s rooflines, soffits, and architectural trim and left in place — no seasonal install, no takedown, no bins of tangled lights in the attic. The system blends into your home’s existing colors in the daytime, and after dark the Celebright Cloud app lets you switch between any color, animation, or holiday scene you can imagine. Compared to the plug-and-play LED strips you can pick up at a big-box store, Celebright uses commercial-grade components designed and warrantied for permanent outdoor use — a fundamentally different category of product.

How the Celebright® System Works

On a Hampton home, Celebright works by layering three systems: a mounted LED track, a concealed power and control layer, and a cloud-connected app. The track is run along rooflines, soffits, and trim with manufacturer-approved clips and fasteners, and all wiring is kept hidden so the exterior stays clean. Protected power supplies and a smart controller sit inside the house (or in a weatherproof exterior enclosure), and the controller pairs with your WiFi so it can accept commands from the Celebright Cloud app on your phone. Because the LEDs are individually addressable and grouped into zones, you can push a different color or scene to every section of the house whenever you want.

Everything Included in Your Installation

A Hampton Celebright install is designed so you never have to chase additional line items. The proposal includes the initial assessment, the custom lighting design, all LED track components, concealed wiring throughout the project, power supplies, the smart controller, and installation labor from insured technicians. It also covers Celebright Cloud app setup on your smartphone, pairing the controller to your home WiFi, and pre-loading popular holiday scenes. Optional smart-home integration (Alexa, Google Home) can be handled during installation at no extra hardware cost. After a full system test and a daylight-plus-nighttime walkthrough, the project is covered by a 10-year Celebright manufacturer warranty and a 3-year Meadow Lawn and Pest installation warranty.

Smart Control with the Celebright Cloud App

For a Hampton system, everything is driven through the Celebright Cloud app — free on iOS and Android. From a single interface you can turn lights on and off, adjust brightness, choose from millions of colors, activate pre-loaded holiday scenes, save custom combinations to your favorites, and schedule lights to automatically follow sunset and sunrise. Each lighting zone is independently addressable, which means the front, sides, garage, and back can all be running different looks simultaneously. Animation effects like twinkle, fade, and color-cycling are built in, and Amazon Alexa and Google Home integration is available whenever you want voice control. Settings live in the cloud, so a new phone or brief WiFi outage will not erase your programming.

10-Year Warranty and Ongoing Support

Hampton Celebright installations are doubly protected. A 10-year Celebright manufacturer warranty covers hardware — LED track, power supplies, and controllers — against material and workmanship defects. A 3-year Meadow Lawn and Pest installation warranty covers mounting, concealed wiring, and overall functionality. During the coverage periods, qualifying repairs are at no cost. After the 3-year installation warranty, non-warranty service is available at $105 per hour, with most calls completed inside an hour. Easy-to-fix issues like loose connections, controller resets, and app connectivity make up the majority of service calls; true hardware failures are unusual and remain covered under the 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Will the Track Be Visible During the Day?

In Hampton, the most frequent objection we hear up front is “I don’t want it to look tacky in the daytime.” That is exactly why Celebright exists as a product category. The track is low-profile — about an inch tall — and comes in white, black, bronze, and custom paint finishes so we can match it to your trim. Professional installation aligns the channel cleanly along rooflines and fascia, and every cable is routed through soffits, attics, or behind trim so there is nothing visible from the ground. When installation is complete, you walk the exterior with us in daylight and confirm the finish before we call the job done.

Year-Round Uses Beyond the Holidays

In Hampton, most customers discover they use their Celebright system far more than they originally planned. The built-in holiday scenes — Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and more — are just the starting line. Soft warm white quickly becomes the everyday porch light. Birthdays get the birthday-kid’s color. Game nights run team colors. Dinner parties get amber or candle-tone accent lighting. With typical monthly electrical cost running $5 to $15 even at nightly operation, there is almost no per-night cost — and most homeowners end up running the system nearly every evening.

Best Time to Schedule Your Installation

Hampton Celebright installations are possible year-round, but scheduling works best in two specific windows. Spring — March to May — is the top-priority block, with comfortable installation weather and flexible scheduling, and your system is ready well before any summer or holiday event. Early fall (September–October) is the other priority window, because finishing by Halloween puts you ahead of the full Thanksgiving-to-Christmas stretch. November and early December are rush season — still bookable but with limited availability and a possible 15–25% premium. Winter installs are weather-dependent. The simplest rule of thumb: if Christmas is the main event, book by mid-October at the latest.

What Is Not Included in This Service

A Hampton Celebright installation is intentionally scoped to architectural roofline and trim lighting. It does not include interior lighting, and it does not cover ground-level landscape lighting — path lights, spotlights, and tree uplighting are handled through a separate service. We only install Celebright components; we do not work with other brands, generic LED strips, or customer-supplied materials. We also do not perform electrical panel upgrades, add circuits, or install new outlets — if any of that is needed, a licensed electrician must complete that work. Tree trimming and vegetation removal are the customer’s responsibility, as are any HOA approvals (we will provide specifications and documentation on request).

How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation

Preparing a Hampton home for Celebright installation comes down to clearance, access, and a little planning. Make sure the crew can safely reach every roofline, soffit, and fascia section where the track is planned. Inspect those surfaces in advance — any rotted wood, loose trim, or damaged soffits should be repaired before installation day. Verify that there is a working outdoor outlet within reasonable distance of the planned install zone. Clear walkways, walls, and the driveway of bicycles, grills, outdoor furniture, vehicles, and seasonal decorations. Secure pets indoors or in an enclosed area while the crew is on site, and have your WiFi network name and password ready so we can pair the controller and set up the Celebright Cloud app.
