Isle of Wight County Celebright ® Permanent Lighting
What Is Celebright® Permanent Lighting?
Celebright® Permanent Lighting is an architectural LED system we install once and leave in place, giving Isle of Wight County homes a clean daytime look and a fully customizable nighttime glow. The low-profile track hides along rooflines, soffits, and trim, where most people will not even notice it until the lights come on. At night, a smartphone app unlocks millions of colors, dozens of animation patterns, and pre-loaded holiday scenes, so the same system handles Christmas, Halloween, patriotic holidays, and everyday ambient lighting. There is no seasonal install, no takedown, and no storage — the display is always ready. And because Celebright is a commercial-grade LED platform rather than a consumer strip, you get warranty coverage and durability that retail products simply do not offer.
How the Celebright® System Works
In an Isle of Wight County installation, Celebright looks simple from the outside but is built on layered infrastructure underneath. A slim LED channel is mounted along rooflines and trim, and every cable is routed through concealed paths — inside soffits, through the attic, or tucked behind architectural trim — so nothing reads as “installed wiring” from the ground. Power supplies live in protected locations like the attic or garage, and a smart controller connects the entire system to your home WiFi. That controller is what makes one-tap color changes, scheduled events, and zone-by-zone control possible. During the day the hardware sits quietly; after dark it delivers millions of colors and animated effects on demand.
Everything Included in Your Installation
For an Isle of Wight County home, a Celebright install is delivered as a turnkey service. Included from day one: the full property assessment, the custom lighting design plan, precise measurements for material ordering, all LED track and connectors, concealed wiring through soffits and attic space, power supplies, the smart controller, and labor from our insured installation team. On the software side, we install the Celebright Cloud app on your phone, create your account, pair the system, and pre-load the common holiday scenes; smart-home integration with Alexa or Google Home is available on request. A full system test and a daytime-plus-nighttime walkthrough close out every project. Every installation is covered by a 10-year manufacturer warranty on the Celebright hardware and a 3-year Meadow Lawn and Pest installation warranty.
Smart Control with the Celebright Cloud App
The Celebright Cloud app is the single point of control for any Isle of Wight County installation. It is free for both iOS and Android and gives you instant access to the entire system from anywhere with a signal. You can switch lights on or off, adjust brightness, select from millions of color options, activate pre-loaded holiday scenes, save custom color schemes as favorites, and schedule lighting to follow sunrise and sunset. Every zone is independently addressable, animation patterns are built in, and voice control works through Amazon Alexa or Google Home. Because all your settings are synced to the cloud, a temporary network hiccup or a new phone never costs you your saved programming.

10-Year Warranty and Ongoing Support
Every Celebright installation in Isle of Wight County comes with two separate, overlapping warranties. The manufacturer covers the LED track, power supplies, and controllers for 10 years against defects. Meadow Lawn and Pest adds a 3-year workmanship warranty covering mounting, concealed wiring, and overall system function from the day of installation. Qualifying repairs inside either coverage window are completed at no cost to you for parts or labor. After the 3-year installation warranty, non-warranty service is available at $105 per hour — and most service calls are finished within an hour. Typical issues like loose connections, controller resets, and app connectivity problems are quick fixes, and actual hardware failures remain covered by the Celebright 10-year warranty.

Will the Track Be Visible During the Day?
Isle of Wight County customers often ask whether the track will be an eyesore in daylight. In a professionally installed Celebright system, the answer is no. The track is a low-profile channel about an inch tall, available in white, black, bronze, and custom-painted finishes, and our installers match it to your existing trim. Wiring is concealed inside soffits, attics, and architectural trim so there is nothing visible from the ground. The channel is aligned precisely along the roofline so it reads as an extension of the fascia rather than “accessory lighting.” Before signing off, we walk the entire exterior with you during the day to confirm the finished look is as subtle as you expected.

Year-Round Uses Beyond the Holidays
In Isle of Wight County, Celebright tends to pay for itself emotionally long before it pays for itself financially. The scenes that ship with the app — Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and more — are just the starting point. Once homeowners realize they can run warm white as a porch light, team colors on game nights, pastels for birthdays, and amber tones for a backyard dinner — all without changing anything physically — the system quietly becomes part of everyday life. A typical install draws about $5 to $15 a month in electricity even with nightly use, so there is no real reason to save it for just one season.
Best Time to Schedule Your Installation
For Isle of Wight County homeowners, the right install window depends on what you are planning to use the system for. Spring — March through May — is our top-priority block: ideal weather, flexible scheduling, and a system ready for Memorial Day and beyond. Early fall (September–October) is the other priority window, since finishing by Halloween puts you in front of the entire Thanksgiving-and-Christmas stretch. November and early December can still be booked, but scheduling is limited and a 15–25% rush premium may apply. Winter installs are weather-dependent and not recommended if your main goal is Christmas. To play it safe, book by mid-October if Christmas is on the calendar.
What Is Not Included in This Service
An Isle of Wight County Celebright project is focused on architectural lighting, and there are some things it intentionally does not cover. Interior lighting is not in scope. Ground-level landscape lighting — path lights, spotlights, tree uplighting — is a separate service. We do not install non-Celebright systems, generic LED strips, or customer-supplied materials. Electrical panel upgrades, new circuits, and new outlet installations are outside our service area and must be handled by a licensed electrician before or alongside our work. Tree trimming and vegetation removal are the customer’s responsibility. HOA approvals, where they apply, are also the homeowner’s responsibility — we will provide system specifications for any required submission.
How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation
Preparing an Isle of Wight County home for a Celebright installation is largely about access and clearance. Make sure our crew can safely reach every roofline, soffit, and fascia section where track will be mounted; flag any structural concerns — rotted wood, loose trim, or damaged soffits — so they can be repaired before installation day. Confirm there is a working outdoor electrical outlet within reasonable distance of the install area. Clear walkways and walls of bikes, grills, outdoor furniture, and seasonal decorations, and move vehicles out of driveways and away from garage doors. Secure all pets indoors or in an enclosed area during installation, and have your WiFi network name and password ready for system pairing.
