During either coverage period, qualifying repairs are completed at no cost to you. After the 3-year installation warranty, non-warranty service is priced at $105 per hour, and most calls are finished in an hour or less. Will the Track Be Visible During the Day?

A Seaford Celebright installation is focused, and a few categories of work fall outside its scope. The service covers exterior architectural lighting — rooflines, soffits, and trim — only. It does not include interior lighting, and it does not include ground-level landscape lighting (path lights, spotlights, tree uplighting), which is a separate service. We install Celebright components only — no third-party brands, no generic LED strips, no customer-supplied materials. Electrical panel upgrades, new circuits, and new outlet installations are outside our scope and must be handled by a licensed electrician. Tree trimming, vegetation removal, and HOA approvals are the customer’s responsibility, though we can provide system specifications and documentation for any HOA submission.
How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation
A Seaford Celebright install goes smoothly when you handle a few prep items in advance. Walk the perimeter and confirm the crew can safely access every roofline, soffit, and fascia area where the LED track will be mounted — any rotted wood, loose trim, or damaged soffits should be repaired before installation day.
