Smithfield Celebright ® Permanent Lighting
What Is Celebright® Permanent Lighting?
In a historic town like Smithfield, architectural lighting needs to respect the home’s existing lines. Celebright® Permanent Lighting is designed for exactly that — a slim, professionally mounted LED track that follows rooflines and trim, disappears into the architecture by day, and delivers a fully programmable lighting display by night. The system comes pre-loaded with scenes for Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and other occasions, and the accompanying app lets you dial in any color, pattern, or schedule from your phone. Installation is a one-time project — no more annual hangs and takedowns — and the commercial-grade LED hardware is built for the kind of long-term outdoor exposure that would destroy an ordinary off-the-shelf light strip.
How the Celebright® System Works
In a Smithfield Celebright installation, the goal is always “invisible by day, brilliant by night.” A low-profile LED track is mounted along rooflines and trim, wiring is routed through soffits, attics, or along architectural features so it cannot be seen from the ground, and power supplies are placed in protected, dry areas like attics, garages, or weatherproof enclosures. A networked controller ties the entire system together and communicates with the Celebright Cloud app over your home WiFi. The lighting itself is grouped into zones — typically front, sides, back, and garage — and each zone can be independently controlled, so one side of the house can run a holiday scene while another runs warm-white accent light.
Everything Included in Your Installation
Your Smithfield Celebright quote is an all-in number. It covers the in-person consultation and design, every LED track segment and connector needed for the layout, all concealed wiring runs, power supplies, the smart controller, and installation labor from our insured team. We also handle Celebright Cloud app setup on your phone, pair your system to your home WiFi, and pre-load the popular holiday presets — Christmas, Halloween, and Independence Day included. If you want Alexa or Google Home control, that integration can be configured the same day. A full diagnostic test and a daytime-plus-nighttime walkthrough wrap up the project. Every installation comes with both the 10-year Celebright manufacturer warranty and our 3-year installation warranty built in — no upcharges.
Smart Control with the Celebright Cloud App
Smart control on a Smithfield Celebright system happens through the Celebright Cloud app, available free on iOS and Android. The app exposes every feature of the system — on/off, brightness, millions of colors, pre-loaded holiday scenes, custom saved favorites, sunset and sunrise schedules, zone-level control, animation effects, and optional integration with Alexa and Google Home. You can use it standing in your driveway or from out of state; the controller responds as long as it has WiFi. All programming is saved to the cloud, so changing phones, upgrading devices, or recovering from a momentary network outage never costs you the scenes you have built.

10-Year Warranty and Ongoing Support
For Smithfield homes, every Celebright installation is backed on two levels. Celebright provides a 10-year manufacturer warranty on LED track, power supplies, and controllers against defects in materials and workmanship. Meadow Lawn and Pest stands behind its own installation work — mounting, wiring, system function — for 3 years from the installation date. Qualifying repairs within those windows are completed at no charge. Outside of warranty, service is offered at $105 per hour and the vast majority of calls are wrapped up in under an hour. Most issues are simple tweaks — loose connections, controller resets, or app re-pairs — and actual component failures remain uncommon but fully covered under the 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Will the Track Be Visible During the Day?
Smithfield’s homes often carry a lot of architectural character, so daytime appearance matters. Celebright is specifically designed for this — the track is a low-profile aluminum channel about an inch tall, finished in white, black, bronze, or custom-painted to match existing trim. When it is mounted carefully along rooflines and fascia, the channel reads as part of the architecture rather than as added equipment. All wiring is routed invisibly through soffits, attics, and trim cavities, so the exterior stays clean. Our final step on every job is a daytime walkthrough where you confirm the installation reads the way you want before we close it out.

Year-Round Uses Beyond the Holidays
In Smithfield, Celebright rarely stays a “Christmas-only” purchase. The built-in scenes cover Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and other holidays, but beyond those, homeowners quickly start using the system for everything else. Soft warm-white lighting takes over as the everyday porch light. Birthdays become color-coordinated displays. Game nights run team colors. Backyard dinners get a warm amber ambient glow. With typical electricity use running only $5–$15 per month even at nightly operation, there is essentially no per-use cost, and most customers end up operating the system almost every evening.
Best Time to Schedule Your Installation
For Smithfield, our scheduling calendar generally favors two windows. Spring — March through May — is the strongest: installation-friendly weather, open scheduling, and the system ready for Memorial Day, July 4th, and all the way through Christmas. Early fall — September and October — is the other priority window because finishing by Halloween lines everything up for the full Thanksgiving-and-Christmas run. November through early December is rush season; we can usually fit projects in, but availability is limited and a 15–25% premium may apply. Winter is weather-dependent. If Christmas is your main goal, target a mid-October booking at the latest.
What Is Not Included in This Service
For Smithfield installations, a few categories of work are intentionally outside the Celebright service. The program covers exterior architectural lighting only — rooflines, soffits, and trim — and does not include interior lighting or ground-level landscape lighting (path lights, spotlights, tree uplighting), which are handled under a separate service. We only install Celebright hardware; other brands, generic LED strips, and customer-supplied materials are not part of our scope. Electrical panel upgrades, new circuits, and new outlet installations must be completed by a licensed electrician before we begin. Tree trimming, vegetation removal, and any required HOA approvals are the customer’s responsibility; we are happy to provide documentation that supports any HOA submission.
How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation
Getting a Smithfield home ready for a Celebright installation is straightforward. Begin by confirming that we can safely and easily reach every roofline, soffit, and fascia area where track will be installed; any rotted wood, loose trim, or damaged soffits should be repaired before installation day. Check that there is a functional outdoor electrical outlet within a reasonable distance of the install zone. Clear walkways, walls, and the driveway of bikes, grills, outdoor furniture, holiday decor, and vehicles. Secure pets indoors or in an enclosed area while the crew is on site. Finally, have your WiFi network name and password ready so we can pair the controller and get the Celebright Cloud app configured before we leave.
