Suffolk Celebright ® Permanent Lighting
What Is Celebright® Permanent Lighting?
For Suffolk homeowners who want the look of holiday lighting without the yearly hassle, Celebright® Permanent Lighting is a smart, long-term upgrade. The system is a discreet LED track installed once along your roofline and trim, then left in place permanently so your home is display-ready every night of the year. During the day the track reads as an extension of your fascia; after dark it becomes a fully customizable lighting canvas controlled entirely from the Celebright Cloud app. You can run warm-white accent light on a Tuesday, switch to school-spirit colors on Friday, and fire up a full Christmas scene on December 1st — all without touching a ladder. Celebright is engineered for permanent outdoor installation, so unlike disposable retail LED strips it is designed to weather real outdoor conditions for many years.
How the Celebright® System Works
The Celebright platform is built around discreet hardware and smart control. On a Suffolk installation, a low-profile LED track is secured along the rooflines and architectural features of the home, with all cabling hidden inside soffits, attics, or along trim so there is no visible wiring at ground level. Power supplies are placed in sheltered locations — attic, garage, or exterior enclosure — and feed the track through concealed, code-compliant runs. A commercial-grade controller sits between the power supplies and your WiFi network, translating app commands into precise LED behavior. Because each stretch of track is divided into its own control zone, you can illuminate the front elevation one color and the garage wing another without rewiring a thing.
Everything Included in Your Installation
Every Suffolk Celebright installation is priced as a complete package. In the quote you get the initial on-site consultation, the custom lighting design, precise linear-footage measurements, all Celebright LED track components, concealed wiring runs, all required power supplies, the controller, and professional installation by our insured crew. Mobile app setup on your phone is included, along with pre-loaded popular holiday scenes — Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day — and optional smart-home integration with Alexa or Google Home. Once the physical work is complete, we perform full system testing and walk through the finished display with you during the day and again at night before you sign off. Both the 10-year Celebright component warranty and our 3-year installation warranty are rolled into the standard price.
Smart Control with the Celebright Cloud App
In Suffolk, your Celebright system is controlled end-to-end through the Celebright Cloud app — free on the App Store and Google Play. The app lets you power lights on or off, ramp brightness up and down, pick from millions of colors or pre-set holiday themes, and save any color combination as a one-tap favorite. Scheduling is built in, so you can set lights to come on every evening at sunset and shut down at a specific time. Each lighting zone is individually addressable, which means the front of the house, the sides, the garage, and the back can all display different colors at the same time. Animated effects like twinkling and fading ship with the app, and Alexa or Google Home integration makes voice control straightforward.

10-Year Warranty and Ongoing Support
Suffolk Celebright installations come with layered protection. Celebright covers every LED track segment, power supply, and controller for 10 years against material and workmanship defects. Meadow Lawn and Pest adds a 3-year installation warranty covering the mounting, the concealed wiring runs, and overall system performance. During those coverage periods, qualifying service is handled at no charge for parts or labor. Once the 3-year installation warranty expires, non-warranty service is offered at $105 per hour — and most repairs wrap up in an hour or less. Common issues (loose connections, controller resets, app connectivity) are typically quick fixes; actual hardware failures are rare and remain covered by the 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Will the Track Be Visible During the Day?
For Suffolk homeowners worried that permanent lighting will look like Christmas lights all year, the reality is the opposite. The Celebright track is a slim, low-profile channel about one inch high in colors chosen to match common trim finishes — white, black, bronze, or a custom paint match. Installed properly along rooflines and fascia, it blends into the architecture, and wiring is tucked inside soffits, attics, and trim so nothing is visible at ground level. Our installers position the channel for maximum daytime concealment while optimizing nighttime light angle. Before we close the project, you do a daylight walkthrough with us specifically to confirm the finish reads clean from the street.

Year-Round Uses Beyond the Holidays
Suffolk customers are usually focused on Christmas when they first call, and almost always discover that they use the system far beyond December. Celebright comes pre-loaded with scenes for Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and other major holidays — each one a tap away. Beyond those, homeowners use the app to run warm-white evening accent light, pastel birthday colors for kids’ parties, school or team colors for game nights, or simple amber tones for outdoor dinners. With typical electrical costs running only $5 to $15 per month even at full nightly use, there is very little reason not to run the lights every night, and most customers end up doing exactly that.
Best Time to Schedule Your Installation
Permanent lighting installs in Suffolk are available year-round, but some windows are clearly better than others. Spring — roughly March through May — offers ideal installation temperatures, open scheduling, and a finished system in time for summer cookouts, July 4th, and the eventual holiday rush. Early fall (September–October) is our other high-priority window, because finishing by Halloween lines everything up for the full Thanksgiving and Christmas season. November and early December are rush season with 15–25% premiums and tight scheduling. Winter is weather-dependent and is not the right play if Christmas is your primary reason for installing — if that is the goal, call us by mid-October at the latest.
What Is Not Included in This Service
Before we start on a Suffolk project, it helps to be clear about what is not part of the Celebright service. The program handles exterior architectural lighting only — rooflines, soffits, fascia, and trim. It does not include interior lighting, landscape lighting (path lights, spotlights, tree uplighting), or decorative tree wrapping, all of which are separate services. We exclusively install Celebright hardware; we do not install competing brands, generic LED strips, or customer-supplied materials. Electrical panel upgrades, new circuits, and additional outlets are outside our scope — those require a licensed electrician. Tree trimming or vegetation removal is the customer’s responsibility. HOA approvals, if required, are also the homeowner’s responsibility (we can provide supporting documentation).
How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation
A Suffolk Celebright installation goes smoothly when a few things are handled in advance. First, walk the perimeter of the house and confirm we can safely reach every roofline, soffit, and fascia run where the LED track will be mounted — trim that will be installation zones should be structurally sound, not rotted or loose. Second, make sure there is a functional outdoor outlet within reasonable distance of the planned install area. Third, clear walkways, walls, and the driveway of bicycles, grills, outdoor furniture, holiday decor, and parked vehicles. Fourth, keep pets secured indoors or in an enclosed area while the crew is on site. Finally, have your WiFi network name and password ready so we can connect the controller and configure the app before we leave.
