Windsor Celebright ® Permanent Lighting
What Is Celebright® Permanent Lighting?
Celebright® Permanent Lighting is a professionally installed LED system that replaces the annual cycle of hanging and removing holiday lights at your Windsor home. The LED track mounts along rooflines, soffits, and architectural trim and remains in place permanently. During the day, the profile is deliberately low and the color options match common trim tones, so most passersby never notice it is there; at night, a smartphone app turns the same track into a full-color, animated lighting display with millions of color choices and built-in holiday presets. It is the same hardware used on commercial buildings, which is why it is rated for long-term outdoor exposure and backed by substantial warranty coverage — something no consumer LED product can match.
How the Celebright® System Works
A Celebright system on a Windsor home is essentially an architectural LED “backbone” paired with smart control. The LED track is permanently mounted along rooflines, soffits, and trim, and its physical color — white, black, bronze, or custom — is chosen to match your existing architecture so it stays visually quiet in daylight. Supply wiring is routed out of sight through soffit and attic space, power supplies live in protected locations, and a commercial-grade controller handles communication with the Celebright Cloud app over WiFi. At night, you drive everything from your phone: millions of colors, dozens of effects, presets for holidays, and independent control of each architectural zone.
Everything Included in Your Installation
A Windsor Celebright installation is priced as a single, complete project. The quote includes the on-site evaluation, the custom lighting design, every Celebright LED component the layout calls for, all concealed wiring, the power supplies, and the smart controller. Installation is performed by insured technicians and is followed by Celebright Cloud app setup on your phone, controller pairing, and pre-loading the common holiday scenes. Smart-home integration with Alexa or Google Home is available on request. Before we close out the project, we perform a full system test and walk through the finished lighting with you both in daylight and after dark. You receive a 10-year manufacturer warranty on all Celebright components plus a 3-year Meadow Lawn and Pest installation warranty.
Smart Control with the Celebright Cloud App
Your Windsor Celebright system is controlled from the Celebright Cloud app, which is free for both iOS and Android. From a single screen, you can turn the lights on and off, dim or brighten them, pick from millions of colors, trigger a pre-set holiday scene, or save your own custom combinations as one-tap favorites. The scheduling tools handle everyday on/off times (including sunset-based triggers), each zone of the home is controlled independently, and animated effects like twinkle, fade, and color-cycling are included out of the box. Voice control through Alexa or Google Home is an option, and every setting is stored in the cloud so you never have to reprogram from scratch.

10-Year Warranty and Ongoing Support
A Windsor Celebright installation is covered by two warranties at once. The manufacturer backs every LED track component, power supply, and controller for 10 years against defects. Meadow Lawn and Pest provides a separate 3-year installation warranty on mounting, concealed wiring, and overall system operation. During those windows, qualifying repairs are no-charge for parts and labor. After the 3-year installation warranty period, we handle non-warranty service at $105 per hour, and most service calls resolve in less than an hour. The problems we see most often — loose connections, app connectivity, controller resets — are quick fixes; real hardware failures are rare, and when they happen they remain covered under the 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Will the Track Be Visible During the Day?
For Windsor homeowners, the most common question at the consultation stage is “how will it look during the day?” Celebright is built specifically to answer that question gracefully. The track is a small, low-profile channel about an inch tall, offered in white, black, bronze, and custom paint finishes to match your trim. Professionally mounted along rooflines and fascia, it blends into the architecture, and all wiring is concealed through soffits, attics, and trim so nothing is visible from the street. Once the installation is finished, we walk the entire exterior with you in daylight before we consider the project complete, so there are no surprises.

Year-Round Uses Beyond the Holidays
Windsor customers tend to buy Celebright for Christmas and then use it more frequently than they ever expected. The pre-loaded scenes are ready for Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and other holidays — each one a tap away — but the real value shows up the other 11 months of the year. Warm-white evening accent lighting replaces the porch light for most homeowners. Birthday parties get custom colors, game nights get team colors, and outdoor dinners get an amber or candlelight tone. Since the monthly electricity cost is typically only $5–$15 even with nightly use, there is effectively no extra cost to using the system year-round — and most homeowners end up doing exactly that.
Best Time to Schedule Your Installation
Windsor installations are available throughout the year, though some windows offer better conditions than others. Spring — March through May — is our top-priority block: comfortable installation temperatures, open scheduling, and a finished system ahead of summer events and the holiday rush. Early fall (September–October) is the other high-priority window because it puts your system in place for the entire Thanksgiving-through-Christmas season. November and early December installs are possible but constrained by scheduling and 15–25% rush fees. Winter installs depend on weather. The simple rule: if Christmas is the target, book by mid-October at the latest.
What Is Not Included in This Service
A Windsor Celebright project is intentionally focused, and several categories of work are out of scope. Interior lighting is not part of this service. Landscape lighting at ground level — path lights, spotlights, tree uplighting — is a separate service entirely. We exclusively install Celebright hardware; we do not work with competing brands, generic LED strips, or customer-supplied materials. Electrical work — panel upgrades, new circuits, new outlets — must be handled by a licensed electrician separately. Tree trimming and vegetation removal are the customer’s responsibility, as are any HOA approvals, though we can supply system documentation and specifications for any required submission.
How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation
Preparing a Windsor home for Celebright installation takes only a short punch list. First, confirm the crew will have safe, clear access to the rooflines, soffits, and fascia where the LED track will be mounted — any structural concerns like rotted wood or loose trim should be repaired ahead of installation day. Next, check that there is a functional outdoor outlet within reasonable distance of the install area. Clear walkways, walls, and the driveway of bicycles, grills, outdoor furniture, and any holiday decorations. Keep pets indoors or in a contained area while we work, and have your WiFi network name and password ready so we can pair the controller and finalize app setup before we leave.
