Mosquitoes must contact the treated surface to be affected, so thorough coverage of these harborage zones is critical. Standard synthetic products, which use pyrethroid-based chemistry, provide up to 21 days of residual protection. Our eco-friendly botanical option, made from garlic, cedar, and essential oils, provides up to 14 days of protection. Once dry, the treated surfaces are safe for normal activity. We recommend keeping children and pets indoors during application to avoid any direct contact with wet product. After treatment, avoid watering your lawn for six to 24 hours and delay mowing for 24 to 48 hours. These steps help preserve the product and extend its effectiveness. How Is Mosquito Control Priced?
Our pricing is based on your property's treatable outdoor area, not the total lot size. Treatable area refers to the outdoor spaces that can actually be sprayed, excluding structures, driveways, and hardscape. Pricing starts at $59.97 per visit for properties up to 8,000 square feet, with the full seven-treatment season totaling $419.79. Larger properties are priced on a sliding scale up to $237.97 per treatment for properties approaching one acre. Properties over one acre receive a custom quote. No sales tax is applied. You can pay per application or prepay the full seasonal package to receive a five percent discount. Pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees.
What Happens If It Rains After My Treatment?
We stand behind our work with a complimentary re-treatment policy. If your property receives two or more inches of rain within three hours of your treatment, we will return and re-treat at no additional charge. This rain guarantee reflects our commitment to delivering the full value of every visit. Under normal weather conditions, you should see consistent mosquito reduction between scheduled visits. To help the treatment last as long as possible, avoid irrigating your lawn for six to 24 hours after application. Light rain after the product has fully dried typically does not significantly reduce performance, but heavy downpours shortly after treatment can. Our re-treatment policy ensures your protection is never compromised by weather.
