York County Celebright ® Permanent Lighting

What Is Celebright® Permanent Lighting?

Across York County, more homeowners are replacing annual holiday lighting with Celebright® Permanent Lighting — a professionally installed LED system that stays on the house all year and adapts instantly from one occasion to the next. The track itself is slim and color-matched to your trim, so most visitors never notice it in the daytime. After dark the system becomes a fully programmable display controlled from the Celebright Cloud app, with millions of color choices and ready-made holiday scenes at your fingertips. Because the hardware is commercial-grade and specifically engineered for permanent outdoor installation, it offers durability, warranty protection, and lighting quality that consumer LED products cannot replicate.

How the Celebright® System Works

A Celebright installation on a York County home is intentionally simple on the outside and sophisticated inside. The visible part — the LED track — is installed along your rooflines, soffits, and architectural trim using color-matched hardware so it reads as part of the house. Behind the scenes, all wiring is run through soffit and attic space, power supplies are placed in protected locations, and a commercial-grade controller is tied into your home WiFi. From the Celebright Cloud app on your phone, commands flow to that controller and then out to the LEDs. Because the track is divided into independent zones, you can change the front of the house without touching the garage, the sides, or the back.

Everything Included in Your Installation

A York County Celebright installation is a single-price, end-to-end project. The quote includes the consultation and design, every foot of LED track, concealed wiring, power supplies, the controller, and installation labor from our insured team. It also includes Celebright Cloud app setup on your smartphone, WiFi pairing, pre-loaded holiday scenes, and optional Alexa or Google Home integration. Every installation finishes with a full system test and a two-stage walkthrough — once during the day for fit and finish, and once after dark for lighting coverage. You are covered by a 10-year manufacturer warranty on all Celebright components and a 3-year Meadow Lawn and Pest installation warranty from the date of installation.

Smart Control with the Celebright Cloud App

The Celebright Cloud app puts full control of your York County system directly in your hand — it is free on both iOS and Android. From the app you can power lights on or off, change brightness, pick any color, load a preset, save a favorite, or schedule automatic on/off times tied to sunset. Each zone of the installation can be independently controlled; animation effects (twinkle, fade, color-cycle) are included; and Alexa or Google Home integration is supported if you want voice control. Since settings are synced to the cloud, your programming is safe through phone swaps, device upgrades, and any short WiFi outages.

10-Year Warranty and Ongoing Support

York County Celebright installations come with protection on two fronts. Celebright provides the manufacturer’s 10-year warranty on every system component, covering LED track, power supplies, and controllers against defects in materials or workmanship. Meadow Lawn and Pest covers the installation itself for 3 years with a workmanship warranty that protects mounting, concealed wiring, and overall system function. Repairs within those windows are free — parts and labor both. After the 3-year installation warranty expires, non-warranty service is $105 per hour, and most repairs take less than an hour. Nearly every service call turns out to be a quick adjustment; real hardware failures remain rare and covered under the 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Will the Track Be Visible During the Day?

A common concern among York County homeowners is whether the daytime look will be worth the nighttime payoff. Celebright’s answer: the track is small, low-profile (about an inch), and color-matched to your existing trim in white, black, bronze, or custom paint. When properly aligned along rooflines and fascia, it blends in well enough that visitors rarely notice it. Wiring is routed invisibly through soffits, attics, and trim so there is nothing exposed at ground level. Each project wraps with a daytime walkthrough where you review the installation in broad daylight before we consider the job finished.

Year-Round Uses Beyond the Holidays

For York County homeowners, the most surprising part of owning a Celebright system is usually how often it gets used outside the holidays. The pre-loaded scenes handle Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, and more, but beyond that, the system becomes everyday accent lighting — warm white porch light most evenings, birthday colors on request, team colors for game nights, and amber tones for backyard dinners. With a monthly electrical cost of roughly $5 to $15 even at nightly operation, there is essentially no per-use cost, and most customers simply leave the system in the loop for nearly every evening of the year.

Best Time to Schedule Your Installation

York County customers get the best results when they book during one of two windows. Spring — March through May — is our top-priority window: comfortable installation weather, open scheduling, and the system ready in plenty of time for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Christmas. Early fall (September–October) is the other priority window because finishing by Halloween puts you ahead of Thanksgiving and Christmas with breathing room to spare. November through early December is rush season; installs are possible but slots are limited and a 15–25% premium may apply. Winter installs are weather-dependent. If Christmas is the main event, book by mid-October at the latest.

What Is Not Included in This Service

For York County installations, there are a few areas the Celebright service does not cover. The service is limited to exterior architectural lighting — rooflines, soffits, and trim — and does not include interior lighting or ground-level landscape lighting (path lights, spotlights, tree uplighting), which is a separate offering. We install Celebright components only and do not work with other brands, generic LED strips, or customer-supplied materials. Electrical panel upgrades, new circuits, and new outlets are outside our scope and must be completed by a licensed electrician. Tree trimming and vegetation removal are the customer’s responsibility. Customers in HOA neighborhoods are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals; we will provide documentation to support your submission.

How to Prepare Your Home for Permanent Lighting Installation

Getting a York County home ready for Celebright installation is a quick checklist. First, confirm the crew can safely reach every roofline, soffit, and fascia section where the track will be mounted; any rotted wood, loose trim, or damaged soffits should be repaired before installation day. Verify that there is a working outdoor outlet within reasonable distance of the install zone. Clear walkways, walls, and the driveway of bikes, grills, outdoor furniture, holiday decor, and parked vehicles. Secure pets indoors or in a contained area while the crew is working, and have your WiFi network name and password ready so we can pair the controller and configure the Celebright Cloud app before we leave.
