Leaf Removal Program
What Is the Leaf Removal Program?
Our Leaf Removal Program is a comprehensive seasonal cleanup service that removes fallen leaves from your lawn, landscape beds, and hard surfaces. Using commercial-grade backpack blowers and vacuum equipment, our trained crews go far beyond basic leaf blowing. Leaves are completely cleared from your property and transported off-site for disposal — or relocated to a natural area on your property if you prefer. This service is typically performed during fall, from October through December, when leaf drop is at its heaviest. Whether you need a single cleanup or multiple visits throughout the season, we have a service option that fits your property and your budget.
What Areas We Cover
Our leaf removal service covers every maintained area of your property. We blow and collect leaves from all turf areas, landscape beds, driveways, walkways, patios, and sidewalks. We also clear leaves from around building foundations, garage doors, HVAC units, utility boxes, and outdoor equipment. Our crews take care around planting beds to avoid displacing mulch, disturbing soil, or damaging plants. Hard surfaces are cleared to eliminate slip hazards and drainage issues. Areas not included in standard service are gutters, roof surfaces, wooded areas you have designated for leaf placement, and zones that cannot be safely accessed with our equipment.
Off-Site Removal and On-Property Relocation
We offer two disposal methods to fit your property and preferences. With complete off-site removal, we use commercial vacuum equipment to collect leaves, load them into enclosed trailers, and haul everything away — disposal is included in the price. If your property has a suitable wooded or natural area, we also offer on-property relocation, where we blow leaves into those designated zones instead of hauling them away. This eco-friendly option returns organic matter to the soil and costs approximately 20 percent less than complete removal since disposal fees are eliminated. During your site assessment, we will discuss which method works best for you.

Commercial-Grade Equipment Makes the Difference
We use professional equipment that homeowners and budget services simply do not have. Our crews carry backpack blowers with a minimum of 200 MPH airspeed and 400-plus CFM output — far more powerful than consumer models. For collection, we use commercial truck-mounted or tow-behind vacuum units that handle large leaf volumes quickly and efficiently. Leaves are loaded into enclosed trailers to prevent debris scatter during transport. This level of equipment allows us to clean larger properties faster, handle heavy accumulations that consumer equipment cannot move, and get the job done thoroughly in a single visit rather than multiple passes.
What Is Not Included
To prevent misunderstandings, it is important to know what our standard leaf removal service does not cover. We do not remove sticks, branches, or storm debris — those require separate scheduling and pricing because different equipment is needed. We do not clean gutters or remove leaves from roof surfaces, and we do not mulch leaves into the lawn using mowing equipment. We also cannot service steep slopes exceeding 25 degrees, zones behind locked gates without prior access arrangements, or areas with known underground utilities without proper clearance. If you need any of these services, we are happy to discuss options or refer you to the right contractor.

When to Schedule Leaf Removal
Timing your leaf removal correctly can save money and reduce the need for follow-up visits. We recommend scheduling when roughly 75 to 80 percent of leaves have fallen, which minimizes the chance of needing a second cleanup. Leaf drop typically peaks between October and December, though timing varies by tree species and weather. Oak trees, for example, often continue dropping into late November or early December — several weeks after maples finish. Properties with heavy tree coverage or mixed species often benefit from two to three cleanups throughout the season. We monitor regional leaf drop patterns and will help you identify the optimal service window for your property.
Weather and Site Requirements
We do not perform leaf removal during rain, sleet, or snow. Wet leaves are three to five times heavier than dry leaves, clog our vacuum equipment, and create safety hazards for the crew. We also reschedule when sustained winds exceed 25 mph or gusts reach 35 mph, since high winds blow leaves back onto cleared areas immediately. Temperatures below 25 degrees Fahrenheit or above 95 degrees are additional cause for delay. After heavy rainfall of one inch or more, we wait 24 to 48 hours for leaves to dry. Weather delays are never treated as cancellations and carry no rescheduling fee. We contact customers proactively and complete service as soon as conditions allow.
How to Prepare for Your Service
A little preparation before your scheduled service helps our crew work faster and more thoroughly. Please secure all pets indoors or in enclosed areas before we arrive. Unlock all gates so our crew can access every area of the property. Move outdoor furniture, toys, hoses, and decorations off the lawn and work zones. If possible, move vehicles out of the driveway to allow equipment staging and trailer positioning. Mark any recently installed irrigation components or known underground utilities, and let us know in advance about any delicate plants that need special care. Customers who cannot prepare in time should contact us at least 24 hours ahead so we can make alternative arrangements or reschedule.
